Welcome to H.E.R, a dynamic sisterhood dedicated to uplifting and inspiring young girls and women to become confident, resilient, and empowered women.

Mission

To empower young women—especially those from marginalized communities—by providing safe, healing-centered spaces where they can build emotional strength, self-worth, and healthy relationships. Through open conversation, intentional support, and mother-daughter connection, we aim to help them break harmful cycles and grow into confident, purpose-driven leaders.

Vision

I envision a world where young women are deeply aware of their value, rooted in self-respect, and uplifted by supportive relationships. A world where generational healing is prioritized, where women empower women, and where emotional intelligence replaces shame and silence. I believe that empowered girls become unstoppable women—and that change begins with connection.

Services

Empowering young girls from underrepresented communities is at the heart of the my programs. I create tailored curricula designed to inspire, educate, and uplift, making a positive impact in juvenile detention centers and schools alike. It strengthens bonds - from mother-daughter connections to sisterhood, friendships, and beyond. H.E.R. Group

H.E.R. (Healthy Empowering Relationships) is a school-based girls group designed to uplift and support young ladies-particularly young ladies of color in navigating healthy relationships: What makes H.E.R. unique? H.E.R. is designed to build connection, belonging, and leadership among young women in a safe and affirming space rooted in cultural awareness. It combines SEL (Social Emotional Learning), student voice, and creativity Sample Activities: Mirror Mirror Unpack the Bag Vision Board and Manifestation The Mask We Wear The Relationship Map Additional Component Mother-daughter events/nights - Mothers and daughters come together to engage in activities and reflection together to connect and build a stronger bond.

I am passionate about creating conversations that matter. As an educator, mother, and founder of both Claribel Medina Consulting (where H.E.R. currently lives), and The H.E.R. Collective, I share from both my personal experiences and professional background on topics like education, parenting, family dynamics, domestic violence, and building healthy relationships. My goal is always to connect with people in an honest and relatable way. Whether it's at a conference, school, or community event, I bring heart, authenticity, and a commitment to help others feel seen and empowered.
