Welcome! I’m Claribel Medina.

I’m the founder of  The H.E.R. Collective, Claribel Medina Consulting and creator of H.E.R. – Healthy Empowering Relationships, a space for young women to discover their self-worth, heal from emotional wounds, and build the kinds of relationships they deserve—starting with themselves.

As a mother, educator, and (DV) survivor, I’ve walked through tough seasons that taught me the power of truth, self-love, and community. What began as my own journey of healing and rebuilding within myself, led to a deeper reconnection with my daughter - and has now grown into a mission to help others do the same.

​

Through workshops, speaking engagements, and group programs, I work with young women and their mothers to create honest, healing spaces where vulnerability is welcomed, and growth is inevitable.

This is more than work for me—it’s my purpose. And I’m so glad you’re here.
